The innovative LG Lotus LX 600 flip cell phone is the recipient of the Red Dot Design Award - one of the largest and most renowned design competitions in the world - for its original form factor. The phonebook can store up to 600 contact entries, each with up to seven numbers, three email addresses, a web URL, IM screen name, and a picture ID. Other features include a one-touch speakerphone, speed dial (98 entries plus one voicemail default), and voice-activated dialing.

Of course, there's also a port for the phone's included stereo headset. USB and infrared data ports are provided, as well, and the phone supports USB mass storage so you can simply plug the phone into your computer and drag and drop files into the phone's memory using the included Disc2Phone PC application. To top it all off, the W810's camera flash can double as a flashlight.

The W810's phone book can hold up to 1000 contacts with multiple entries per contact. A call list remembers your most recent missed, received and dialed calls. The phone's voice activated dialing makes calling your contacts as easy as saying their names, while the built-in speakerphone makes it easy to talk without having the phone to your ear. The phone can also capture video clips in two resolutions (176 x 144 and 128 x 96 pixels) in two different lengths--short for sending via MMS messaging or long for showing to friends later.

It features dual 2.81-inch LCD screens, with both offering a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels and support for 262K colors. The external screen provides touch-sensitive controls-simply tap icons to access functions or move your finger across the screen to scroll through menus or around Web pages. It also includes an onscreen virtual QWERTY keyboard for entering URLS and other data into Web pages.

It's expandable via optional MicroSD memory cards with support for up to 8 GB of storage. The digital audio player is compatible with MP3, WMA, and AAC/AAC+ music files, and the phone includes dual speakers for music playback.
